Major YERBURGHasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the grant of appropriate brevet rank to those regular officers of the Army who were seconded for service with the Royal Air Force during the recent War and who were accorded special promotion in that force in the various honours lists?
Lieut. - Colonel GUINNESSThe services rendered by such officers whilst serving with the Royal Air Force will not be overlooked, but I do not think the course suggested would be expedient. The grant of honours and rewards for War services ceased some time ago.
