asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if the Kassala railway in the Sudan is to be built in anticipation of growing cotton on the extensive and valuable rain lands of the Baraka valley; if the Baraka natives are to be expropriated from their lands; and, if so, upon what terms?
