This Act shall apply to Scotland, subject to the following modifications:
(a) The Board of Agriculture for Scotland shall be substituted for the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries; the Agricultural Credits (Scotland) Account shall be substituted for the Agricultural Credits Account; "freehold or copyhold land" shall mean "land held in fee simple"; "mort-

gage" shall mean "heritable security"; "devisee" shall include "legatee";

incumbrance shall not include a burden or charge incident to tenure.
