§ 19. Lord APSLEYasked the Minister of Pensions whether there is any time limit fixed at the end of which an ex-service man cannot sustain a claim for aneurism: and whether he is aware of cases in which this malady has escaped 682 diagnosis for years, with the result that the man loses his right to a pension owing to the failure of the medical boards to detect it?
§ Major TRYONApart from the general provisions of Section 5 of the War Pensions Act, 1921, there is no time limit affecting a claim to compensation by a disabled man in respect of aneurism. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
