§ "That a sum, not exceeding £33,000, be granted to His Majesty to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come of payments during the 646 year ending on the 31st day of March 1924, for Claims in respect of Ships or Cargoes condemned as Naval Prize or detained."
