§ Colonel ASHLEYI certainly hope that the Departmental Committee on the Taxation of Motor Vehicles will be able to report fully before the end of this calendar year. The delay in issuing their Report is due to the complexity and difficulty of the problems which they have to consider. 215 I am satisfied that the Committee have pursued their inquiries with all possible dispatch.
