Mr. PONSONBYasked the Minister of Pensions whether, for the convenience of the appellants and in order to curtail expenditure on travelling expenses, arrangements can be made for periodical sessions of the war pensions appeal tribunals to be held in Sheffield for the hearing of cases from the Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster districts, which are at present heard at Leeds; and from the Chesterfield, Mansfield, Retford, and Grimsby districts, hitherto heard at Nottingham?
§ Colonel GIBBS(Treasurer of the Household): Arrangements have already been made for an assessment tribunal to sit at Sheffield periodically. The first of these periodical sittings commenced on Monday, 16th July.
