asked the Home Secretary whether the Government are prepared to give facilities to the Children, Young Persons, etc., Bill?

Mr. BRIDGEMAN

I am afraid it is impossible to give special facilities to a Bill like this, which would necessarily occupy a large amount of Parliamentary time.
