Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe responsibility for the administration of the Vaccination Acts rests with the Boards of Guardians and their vaccination officers. I am not satisfied that the Acts are being proporly administered in all districts, and am considering what steps can be taken to secure improvement in this respect.
§ 67. Lieut.-Colonel FREMANTLEasked the Minister of Health if he will consider the transference of the administration of vaccination to the general sanitary administration under the sanitary authorities?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINThis question has been under consideration, but I could not undertake to introduce the necessary legislation during the present Session.
