Captain BENNIn regard to the Motion on the Paper in the name of the Prime Minister, to suspend the 11 o'clock Rule on the business of the Rent and Mortgage Interest Restrictions Bill, may I ask if the Prime Minister has in mind the fact that an all-night Sitting on this subject three years ago led to the passing of a Bill which has given rise to endless confusion?
