§ The MINISTER of AGRICULTURE (Sir Robert Sanders)The total number of small holdings provided on the estate in question is 79, of which one is at present unoccupied. 78 cottages have been erected at a total cost, including drainage and water supply, of £87,875. I should mention that the cottages were commenced in March, 1920, when the cost of building was at its highest.
