Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Mold, in the County of Flint, which was presented on the 28th day of May, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Lees, in the County Palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Brentwood and parts of the parishes of Hutton, Ingrave, Shenfield, and South Weald, in the rural district of Billericay, in the County of Essex, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Exmouth, in the County of Devon, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the city and royal burgh of Elgin, in the County of Moray, which was presented on the 7th day of June 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the borough of Yeovil, in the County of Somerset, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Crompton, in the County Palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Royton, in the County Palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Elec- tricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the borough of Lyme Regis, in the County of Dorset, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the parishes of Mears Ashby, Ecton, Sywell, and Earls Barton, in the rural district of Wellingborough, and the parish of Overstone, in the rural district of Brixworth, all in the County of Northampton, which was presented on the 7th day of June, 1923, be approved."—[Colonel Ashley.]
