Mr. THOMAS HENDERSONasked the Solicitor-General for Scotland whether he is aware of the sentence of 15 months' imprisonment passed on Thomas Hatman, on a charge of sedition, by Sheriff Harvey, in Glasgow recently; and whether he is prepared to make full inquiry into the circumstances of this case with a view to a reduction of the said sentence?
