§ Mr. McNEILLNegotiations for the conclusion of commercial treaties on the lines of the agreement with Latvia, signed on 22nd June, are still proceeding with Finland and also with Esthonia. Our commercial relations with these countries are at present regulated by agreements embodied in exchanges of Notes, dated 20th July, 1920, and 6th May, 1922, respectively. Negotiations for a definitive treaty with Lithuania have not yet been opened.
