I should like to ask whether your attention, Sir, has been drawn to the fact that the Order Papers have only this very second become available in the Vote Office. It is inconvenient for hon. Members not to have them a little before the commencement of the sitting—say a quarter of an hour. They are only just available, and in very small numbers.
