§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Major Boyd-Carpenter)The man in question is an established clerical officer in the Department of Customs and Excise. His offence appears to have been dealt with by a Court of 671 Law. The question whether any Departmental action is required is under consideration. I am not aware of other similar cases.
