Mr. ROBERT MORRISONasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in view of the fact that the Tottenham Urban District Council has agreed to accept the valuation of the district valuer, he will now give his consent to the construction of an elementary school for the proposed Devonshire Hill site in Tottenham; and, having regard to the present overcrowded condition of Risley Avenue School and the number of families moving into this district every week, will he do everything possible to facilitate this work?
§ Lord E. PERCYIn the circumstances, the Board are now prepared to approve the site so far as educational considerations are concerned, and to consider building plans.
