§ 55. Mr. GAVAN DUFFYasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that the uncovenanted benefit of L. R. Briggs, of 9, South Street, Egremont, Cumberland, has been suspended by the manager of the Cleator Moor Employment Exchange on the ground that he is residing with relatives to whom he can reasonably look for support; that the average earnings of this man's father are 30s. per week; that he has seven children and a 452 wife dependent upon him; and that he has had nearly two years of unemployment; and, in view of the situation of his family, will he have Briggs's case reconsidered?
