§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSThe foundations have been completed and the erection of the steel framework is proceeding. Tenders have been invited for the building contract proper. The necessary financial provision for the erection of the exchange is made out of the Telephone Loan, and does not therefore appear in the Estimates.
