§ Mr. BALDWINI must ask my hon. and learned Friend to await the publication of the terms of reference to the proposed Select Committee Which will, I hope, appear on the Paper at an early date.
§ Sir J. BUTCHERIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that a very large sum comes to the public accounts through the use of the totaliser in France and other countries where it is used?
§ Mr. BALDWINI am aware of that. I have considerable doubts whether it will be possible to investigate that subject.
