§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second and thirds parts of the question the Regulations are too lengthy to quote in full, but I shall be glad to give the hon. Member an opportunity of seeing them if he so desires. The answer to the fourth part of the question is in the affirmative, and to the last in the negative. By the terms of the Mandate there is no preferential treatment either on import or export.
