Mr. ROBERT MORRISONasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the Report of the Speaker's Conference on Devolution, dated the 27th April, 1920, any and, if so, what steps will be taken in the near future to create subordinate legislatures within the United Kingdom with a view of enabling the Imperial Parliament to devote more attention to the general interests of the United Kingdom, and, in collaboration with the other Governments of the Empire, to matters of common Imperial concern?
