§ Mr. McNEILLHis Majesty's Government are represented in Moscow in virtue of the Trade Agreement by an official British agent assisted by a staff of 13 persons, two of whom are resident in Petrograd. They are all British subjects. The annual cost of the mission is approximately £23,800.
