§ The MINISTER of HEALTH (Mr. Neville Chamberlain)I have seen a copy of the resolution passed by the conference of representatives of urban district councils of South Wales and 'Monmouthshire to which the question refers. The action taken appears to me to be due to some misapprehension of the position, and I am communicating with the authorities in the matter.
