§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREIt has not yet been decided whether the Palestine loan m be issued through a finance house, as was the recent British Guiana loan, or by the Crown Agents. A prospectus will be issued giving all necessary information when the loan is issued which will set out all relevant facts, and in the meantime I cannot anticipate the statement which will be set out in the prospectus.
