§ Captain CRAIGMy right hon. Friend has had under consideration the restriction of facilities for attestation of life certificates which resulted incidentally from the reorganisation of war pensions committees, and the Treasury have agreed at his instance to accept not only certificates attested by any member of a war pensions committee, but also certificates attested by any duly accredited voluntary worker attached to such a committee, or by a member of any of his advisory committees.
