§ Mr. RAMSAY MacDONALDMay I put two questions to the Home Secretary? First of all, what Vote does he propose to put down on Thursday; and does he propose to take any other business other than the Budget Resolutions to-night, provided he gets the suspension of the Eleven o'Clock Rule?
§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe answer to the lust question is that we propose to take the Vote for the Mines Department on Thursday. In regard to the suspension of the Eleven o'Clock Rule, it is a Motion taken always on Budget day, but it is not intended to take anything except the necessary Resolutions.
§
Motion made, and Question put,
That the Proceedings of the Committee of Ways and Means be exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of the Standing Order (Sittings of the House)."—[The Prime Minister.]
