§ Major BOYD-CARPENTERI think the hon. and gallant Member has in mind the Treasury Circular of 13th May, 1921 (Cmd. Paper 1309), which had reference to the year 1922–23. I am not aware of any Treasury Minute prescribing general financial policy, though my right hon. Friend hopes to give some indication of that policy on Monday next.
