Commander BELLAIRSasked the Prime Minister whether, having regard to the fact that the self-governing Dominions have long passed from the status of colonies, ho will consider the alteration of the title of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, or bring the matter before the Imperial Conference?
The PRIME MINISTERSI have never heard it suggested by the representatives of any of the Dominions that there was any desire for the change suggested, but if such a desire were felt it would no doubt be raised at the Imperial Conference.
