§ 47. Mr. D. SOMERVILLEasked the Prime Minister whether the Government intends to consider in the Session of 1923 the introduction of insurance by industries; and whether, in that case, it intends first to establish public inquiry as to the best procedure to be adopted?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI do not think there is any possibility of dealing with this subject next year, but it is one in regard to the examination of which preliminary steps are now being taken.
