§ The PRIME MINISTERIn reply to the first and last parts of the question, the Cabinet Secretariat has been very considerably reduced in numbers and will be transferred to the Vote of the Treasury and Subordinate Departments. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative With regard to the 281 third part, the functions of the Secretary are to provide such secretarial service as the Cabinet requires to facilitate the transaction of its business.
