Mr. RHYS DAVIESasked the Minister of Health whether he has received resolutions from the Wigan and other boards of guardians asking that legislation be promoted to amend the Lunacy Acts, 1890 and 1891, so as to enable statutory forms to be altered by substituting the words mental patients for pauper lunatics, mental hospital for lunatic asylum, and institution for workhouse and, if so, can he make a statement on the subject?
