§ 80. Mr. WIGNALLasked the President of the Board of Education if an Order has been issued, without giving previous notice, withdrawing all grants for State-assisted scholarships; is he aware that many boys have been studying during the past two years for the examination that should have been held this month, and that the sudden withdrawing of the grants has inflicted a real hardship to these boys and their parents; and will he make arrangements so that the boys who had prepared shall sit for examination this year?
