§ Sir A. MONDThe total amount of loans sanctioned for the current expenditure of Poor Law authorities (including expenditure on relief) is £5,524,276. I will 1288 send the hon. Member a statement as to the terms and periods of these loans. If further loans are necessary, they will be sanctioned.
