Mr. HARMSWORTHThe naval control of the Bosphorus is inter-Allied, not British. The Straits are open to the warships of all nations, except in so far as this may be incompatible with the Turkish armistice. In reply to the third part of the question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer which I gave last Wednesday to the hon. Member for Yeovil (Mr. A. Herbert).
