§ Commander BELLAIRSWe have had questions about this before, and it has been specifically stated that there is a Committee inquiring into rings and trusts.
§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONI think the hon. and gallant Member is referring to the Profiteering Acts, which are not now in operation.
