Member for the Pollok Division of Glasgow, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether he has observed that the annunciator in the Strangers' Dining Room makes such a noise when in operation that it sometimes interferes with the convenience of those using the room; and whether he will have an electric switch put in so that this instrument can be disconnected when desired?
