§ The PRIME MINISTERAt the last meeting of the Conference it was agreed that the minutes of that meeting and of the joint meetings with the Russian Delegation should be published. This will be done by the Secretariat-General of the Conference, under the arrangements of the Netherlands Government. The document to which the hon. and gallant Member refers will be included in this publication.
