§ 102. Mr. BANTONasked the Minister of Pensions if he is aware that boards of guardians are passing resolutions of protest against the manner in which the disability pensions of ex-service men, still unfit for work, are being discontinued, which has commenced and will continue to cause them to apply for relief on behalf of themselves and their families, thus placing upon local ratepayers an unfair obligation to meet what should be considered to be a national charge; and what steps are proposed to be taken to discontinue this practice?
