Where a tenant of an allotment has paid compensation to an outgoing tenant for any fruit trees or bushes or other improvement he shall have the same rights as to compensation or removal as he would have had under this Act if the fruit trees or bushes had been provided and planted or the improvement had been made by him.

Amendment made: At the end of the Clause, insert the words "and at his expense."—[Sir A. Boscawen.)
