§ "That a sum, not exceeding £300,000, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the 616 year ending on the 31st day of March. 1923, to provide for Advances in respect of Export of goods wholly or partly produced or manufactured in the United Kingdom or guarantees in connection therewith."
