HC Deb 24 July 1922 vol 157 c35
32. Lord R. CECIL

asked the Prime Minister whether he can give the House any information as to the working of the mixed Commission for Græco-Bulgarian migration established by the Convention signed at Neuilly in November, 1920; and whether there is any chance of this system being extended to other countries?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

It is yet too soon to give any definite information as to the success of the labours of this Commission. In regard to the second part of the question, this is a matter for the Governments of the States concerned. So far as I am aware no other State has shown an inclination to adopt the system.
