H. Thomas, discharged; that they had appointed Sir Halford Mackinder as Chairman of Standing Committee C (in respect of the Railway and Canals Commission (Consents) Bill): and that they had appointed Mr. Hodge to act as Chairman of Standing Committee B (in respect of the Oil in Navigable Waters Bill [Lords]), in place of Mr. T. P. O'Connor, discharged.
