§ 34. Mr. WATERSONasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that on 9th March, 1921, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department announced in this House that it was the definite intention of the Government to proceed with legislation dealing with trusts and combines, both in the interests of the business community and the public; whether the absence of such legislation means that the Government's policy in this matter has changed; and, if not, whether he can now state the date on which such legislation will be laid before the House?
