§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Earl Winterton)No, Sir. A member of the Indian Civil Service who serves his full time will receive on retirement an annuity of £1,000. There is nothing in the Premature Retirement Scheme which affects the annuity payable under normal conditions to an officer who retires after completing the full qualifying period of service.
