§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe Cabinet Secretariat is not a private secretariat, either to the Prime Minister or to any other individual Cabinet Minister. In common with all other Ministers, the First Lord of the Treasury has the services of private secretaries, the cost of the allowances payable for such services amounting to £2,600.
