§ Mr. CHURCHILLAs it is of great importance that the Bill to amend the Unemployment Insurance Act, which is a very short one should come into operation as early as possible, it is proposed to take the Second Reading of this Bill as the first Order to-morrow, but I sincerely hope that the House will co-operate in every possible way, so that there should be no delay in proceeding as rapidly as possible with the Report stage of the Finance Bill.
