§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe arms handed over to the Provisional Government by His Majesty's Government have been used, and are being used effectively, in suppressing the revolt. I cannot tell whether odd weapons have, here and there, been captured and used by the insurgents. I do not intend to ask for a detailed inquiry.
