  1. (1) This Act shall apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man in like manner as it applies to Great Britain, and the Royal Courts of the Channel Islands shall, register this Act accordingly.
  2. (2) For the purposes of Section six of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, this Act in its application to Northern Ireland shall be deemed to be an Act passed before the appointed day.

Amendment made: In Sub-section (1), leave out the words "and the Royal Courts of the Channel Islands shall register this Act accordingly."—[Sir B. Falle.]
