asked the Lord Privy Seal if he can yet name a day for submission to the House of the recommendations and conventions arising out of the last international labour conference?

The PRIME MINISTER

These recommendations are being considered by His Majesty's Government, and I am not in a position to make any definite statement on the subject at present.

Mr. BARNES

Will the right hon. Gentleman remember that there is a time limit of twelve months, and will the recommendations come before the House?
